By creating an account or using Hello Sam, you agree to these terms.

The service

Hello Sam provides Sam, an AI assistant that can join your online meetings, take notes, deliver messages you give it, and send you reports. Sam always identifies itself as an AI and says the meeting is recorded.

Your responsibilities

• You must have the right to invite Sam to a meeting and to record it, including any consent required from other participants under applicable law.
• Do not use Sam to deceive, harass, or capture meetings unlawfully, or to break the rules of the meeting platform.
• Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

AI output

Transcripts, summaries and action items are generated by AI and may contain mistakes. Check anything important before relying on it.

Plans and limits

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of meeting minutes. We may change plans, limits and pricing with notice. The service is provided as is, and we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free.

Your content

You own your meeting content. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service at risk.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hello Sam is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
